Woman Found Dead and Frozen in Milwaukee

The Milwaukee County Medical Examiner is investigating the death of a 64-year-old woman found at the rear of her home in the 2000 block of South 15 Street.
The woman was found frozen on the stairs leading to her apartment on Monday, December 19 at 9:33 AM.
The death has not been ruled out as suspicious, but the cold weather is likely a significant factor in the death.
