Woman Arrested after Hitting Barricade in Closed Lane of I-41

On Saturday, October 1 Germantown Police Officers arrested a Milwaukee woman for OWI 4th offense after she struck a barricade and rolled her vehicle on I-41.

At 11:15 PM dispatch received numerous reports of a Nissan Altima traveling in a closed lane of northbound I-41 when it struck a barricade resulting in a rollover accident. The driver, a 37-year-old woman from Milwaukee, was ejected from the vehicle which came to rest on the southbound lanes of I-41.

The woman was transported to Froedtert Hospital by the Germantown Fire Department.

According to police, speed and alcohol were a factor and the woman was taken into custody for 4th offense OWI.
