Meet Artist Don Ricchio
RACINE COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A Racine County woman accused of keeping her 9-year-old granddaughter caged in a dog kennel has taken a plea deal.
Gail Lalonde and Dale Deavers were arrested last fall after the young girl told her teacher she was being held in a cage.
Both faced several charges including mental harm to a child and possession of THC.

Due to Lalonde's guilty plea prosecutors dropped charges of the manufacturing and delivery of THC and false imprisonment.
