Wisconsin man arrested for 4th OWI after causing head-on wrong way crash near Watertown

WATERTOWN, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The wrong way driver was identified as a 55-year-old Fennimore, Wisconsin man, Mark Harmon. He remains hospitalized with his injuries which are non-life threatening.
The driver of the other car has been identified as 29-year-old Sam Taubenheim from rural Watertown. His condition was not available.

WATERTOWN, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The Dodge County Sheriff’s Office responded to a serious crash late Tuesday evening on State Highway 16/26 north near State Highway 16 about a half mile north of Watertown.
At about 7:24 p.m., the Sheriff’s Office got numerous calls of a car driving south in the north lanes of Highway 16/26 near Clyman. Deputies responded to try and find the car, but the wrong way driver hit a car driving north head-on just north of Watertnwon.
The driver of the wrong-way car was identified as a 55-year-old Fennimore, Wisconsin man who was taken by ambulance to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries and arrested for his 4th OWI. Open containers of alcohol were found in the man’s car.
The driver of the car driving north that was hit head-n was airlifted to the hospital with serious, but not life-threatening injuries. That driver is identified as a 29-year-old rural Watertown man.
There were no passengers in either vehicle.
