Wisconsin Dells man arrested for 9th OWI after swerving ‘all over the road’ with three children in car

DANE COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A 35-year-old Wisconsin Dells man was arrested for his 9th OWI over the weekend.
A Dane County Sheriff's Deputy located a vehicle traveling westbound on Interstate 90, through the Town of Pleasant Springs around 6:38 p.m. on Saturday.
The vehicle had been called in by other drivers who said it was operating 'all over the road.'
A traffic stop was conducted and the 35-year-old driver was taken into custody for his 9th OWI.
There were also three minor passengers in the vehicle at the time. They were released to other family members.
The man arrested faces additional charges of Prohibited Alcohol Content, Expired Drivers License, and Expired Plates.
