Wintry Weather and Advisories are Over

A Winter Weather Advisory has expired and the light snow is over for southern Wisconsin.This was a heavy wet snow and thankfully light amounts fell across southern Wisconsin. Below is a look back at our forecast from Monday and it looks like it verified.
A heavier band of snow developed Monday afternoon and evening over Walworth county. As a result, and no surprise, this is where the highest totals came in - about 5 inches. Here is a list of local snow reports:
