WEST BEND, Wis. (CBS 58) -- In the wake of the Waukesha parade, communities around Wisconsin are making decisions on whether to continue with their own holiday celebrations or to hold off on the festivities.
The City of West Bend decided to continue on and will host their 69th annual Christmas parade Sunday night, Nov. 28.
Officials told CBS 58 that parade organizers met with West Bend police to review security plans to ensure the safety of the participants and the spectators.
The 69th annual West Bend Christmas parade kicks off at Regnar Park at 5 p.m. Sunday.
