West Allis Man Unconscious in Vehicle while in Brown Deer Traffic

A 33 year old West Allis man was found unconscious in a vehicle while in traffic.
According to the Brown Deer Police Department, the driver awoke just prior to the fire department’s arrival. Field Sobriety testing was conducted. He was found to have consumed alcohol.
The driver was arrested for Operating While Intoxicated- 2nd Offense.
At the station he was booked, cited, and released to a responsible adult.
A report was filed.
