The We Energies winter moratorium ended today. That means customers who are behind on their bills could lose power.
There is still time to sign up for the energy assistance program. Those who qualify will get help from Milwaukee County Health and Human Services and can keep their power on.
The county says it's helping about 70,000 households through energy assistance.
