Waukesha woman makes 50 hand knit scarves for homeless

WAUKESHA -- Together, Margaret and the Waukesha Police Department, donated scarves to the homeless.

According to a post by the Waukesha Police Department, Waukesha resident Margaret hand knitted 50 scarves for the homeless. Since Margaret does not drive, she asked the police department for assistance in getting them to the homeless.

Officers responded, collected the scarfs, and donated them to the overflow shelter.
