WAUKESHA COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A Waukesha County Sheriff's Deputy accused of an illegal strip search pleaded not guilty in court on Monday.

Deputy Jeffrey Haren arrested a man during a traffic stop in November.

The man told Haren that he was hiding pot in his underwear.

Haren then searched the man without authorization from the Sheriff.

He's been on administrative leave since the incident.
