Wanaki Golf Course to stay open under new ownership

WAUKESHA COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Wanaki Golf Course will stay open under new ownership.
The Waukesha County Board of Supervisors authorized the sale to Storm Family Group in a vote Tuesday night, June 23.
Golfers lobbied for the course to stay open after the county announced it was going to close last year.
It’s operated at a loss for ten years, and needs $645,000 in upgrades.
