Visitation held for Kathryn Schmidt, 10-year-old killed in Geneva Lake boat accident

WBAY/GoFundMe BATAVIA, Ill. (CBS 58) -- In Illinois on Monday, July 13, family and friends gathered to remember 10-year-old Kathryn Schmidt. She was one of three children killed when a boat capsized during storms on Geneva Lake.
Kathryn, known to most as "Kate," is remembered as a talented singer, artist and standout tennis player.
Visitation for her cousins, 7-year-old Abigail Oswald and 6-year-old Caleb Oswald, is scheduled for Wednesday in Wheaton.
A GoFundMe page has raised more than $160,000 in honor of Kate.
