MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A new exhibition at the Villa Terrace Museum & Gardens highlights decades of work by local artist Michael Newhall.
Executive Director Alec Story and Newhall joined us Monday, March 9 with information the exhibit, titled "Self-Portraits, Hydras, Heads, and Buddhamorphs," which runs through May 24. The show features artwork from Newhall’s long-running series focused on the human face, influenced by his experience as a Zen Buddhist monk.
The museum is also hosting related events including a sound bath on Sunday, March 15 and mindfulness meditation sessions in March and April.
