MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A brave young girl was asked to testify on Tuesday at the trial of Dan Popp, the man charged with killing her parents.
"I couldn't see his face...I know I saw his head, he was lying on the floor," the victim's daughter said.
A judge ordered that the daughter's face not be shown as she answered questions about that night. Dan Popp has pleaded "no contest" to charges that he killed the girl's parents and one other person. The trial will determine whether he was not guilty by reason of mental disease or defect.
The jury also saw the video of an officer questioning Popp and an outburst by the defendant.
The trial is expected to last at least a few more days.
