Group of Wisconsin youth sue state over pro-fossil fuel policies
MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Jurors will decide the mental state of a man who pleaded no contest to killing three of his neighbors.
A jury was selected on Monday in the trial against Daniel Popp.
He's charged with shooting Phia and Mai Vue in front of their children. He also shot another neighbor, Jesus Manso-Perez.
The jury will decide if he's not guilty of the crimes by reason of mental disease or defect.
If the jury finds Popp not guilty, he will go to a mental institution instead of prison.
The trial is expected to wrap up on Thursday.
