UW Health doctor encourages people to donate convalescent plasma to help those fighting COVID-19

MADISON, Wis. (CBS 58) – As thousands continue to fight COVID-19 across the United States every day, there is a critical need for convalescent plasma donations, according to UW Health.
The plasma from people who recovered from COVID-19 can help treat those currently fighting the virus.
UW Health convalescent plasma program director, Dr. Bill Hartman, joined CBS 58 to talk about the need and how people can help.
