MADISON, Wis. (CBS 58) – As thousands continue to fight COVID-19 across the United States every day, there is a critical need for convalescent plasma donations, according to UW Health.
The plasma from people who recovered from COVID-19 can help treat those currently fighting the virus.
UW Health convalescent plasma program director, Dr. Bill Hartman, joined CBS 58 to talk about the need and how people can help.
Those interested in donating can find more information on the American Red Cross website.
