Update on weekend events in flood areas

Due to record flooding earlier this week, some events across Walworth, Racine and Kenosha Counties have been cancelled but others are still ongoing.

Here's a list on the current status of some festivals and events:

Elkhorn Ribfest

The Elkhorn Ribfest for July 14-16 is still on. The festival area of the Walworth County Fairgrounds has not been impacted by the heavy rain.

Don Dalton Memorial

A memorial event for Don Dalton, who achieved great success as the coach of the Burlington High School football team from the late 60s to 90s has been cancelled. No new date has been announced.

Cabaret at The Haylofters in Burlington

Opening night for the Cabaret at The Haylofters in Burlington was cancelled Thursday night, but the show hopes to go on Friday evening if electricity is back.
