Uber announced as official rideshare partner of Packers

GREEN BAY, Wis. (CBS 58) - Uber has announced an exclusive partnership with the Green Bay Packers, becoming the official rideshare partner of the football team. This partnership will make it even easier for fans to leave their keys at home and safely get to and from Lambeau Field on gameday.

As the official rideshare partner, Uber will have a dedicated pick up and drop off zone. For a seamless pickup, fans should exit at Mills Fleet Farm or Verizon gates and meet their driver at the Bellin Health - Titletown lot, located behind Lodge Kohler. The convenient location of the dedicated zone means Packers fans can now maximize their time spent enjoying the game and less time worrying about how they will get home.

“We are proud to partner with the Green Bay Packers and look forward to providing safe and reliable rides to and from Lambeau Field,” said Megan Capiak, Uber spokesperson. “Now with the tap of a button, Packers fans can get picked up and dropped off steps from the stadium entrance.”

To celebrate the partnership, Uber is offering new users one free ride up to $15 through March 1, 2018. Users can enter “GOPACKGO17” into the app to redeem the offer.
