Two Taken to Hospital in Beaver Dam after Stabbing

On Wednesday, February 15 approximately 7:17 AM, the Beaver Dam Police Department responded to the 700 block of Park Avenue for a report of a stabbing incident.

Responding officers found a juvenile with a laceration to the hand. During the preliminary investigation police learned that an adult woman, along with a separate juvenile arrived at the house and forced themselves inside.

A fight happened and the young resident used a knife in self defense resulting in injuries to themself and the adult woman. The suspects fled the house prior to officers' arrival, and were both later taken into custody.

The adult woman and juvenile were both treated at area hospitals for non-life threatening injuries.
