Two dead after motorcycle versus lawn mower crash in Wisconsin

(WFRV) Columbia County Sheriff's Deputies report that two people are dead after a motorcycle collided with a lawn mower Saturday night.

Dispatchers say the crash happened just before 7:00 PM outside of the Town of Columbus.

A report says that the motorcycle collided with the riding lawn mower. Police say speed appears to be a factor.

The operator of the lawn mower died at the scene. It was not clear when the motorcyclist was pronounced deceased.

Their names are being withheld pending notification of family members.
