Two Dead after Crash in Sheboygan

On Saturday September 5th at 10:21 AM a 911 call was received by the Sheboygan County Sheriff’s Office Dispatch Center reporting a serious crash on County Road AP at County Road C, in the Town of Greenbush.

As a result of the collision two persons died at the scene and a third was seriously injured.

Deputies, along with Glenbeulah Fire and First Responders, Elkhart Lake Fire Department, Orange Cross Ambulance and Flight for Life responded to the scene of the two vehicle crash.

Preliminary investigation leads investigators to believe a sedan was westbound on County Road C, where the driver failed to stop at the stop sign at County Road AP. A pickup truck was southbound on County Road AP and the two vehicles collided in the intersection.

The driver of the pickup truck was ejected from the vehicle and later conveyed by a Flight for Life helicopter to Theda Clark Medical Center, both occupants of the sedan died instantly.

This crash remains under investigation by the Sheboygan County Sheriff’s Department Crash Reconstruction Team.
