WALWORTH COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The Walworth County Sheriff's Office responded to an overturned truck on U.S. Highway 12 east of Whitewater between Highway O and Jackson Road.
The truck spilled fresh tar across the entire road around 8 a.m. Friday.
Highway 12 is expected to be closed until Friday afternoon as crews clean up the mess.
