Case dismissed for Milwaukee mayor's brother accused in 2022 shooting

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee Mayor Cavalier Johnson's half-brother's case has been dismissed.
Allen Addison Jr. was accused in a 2022 shooting.
Tuesday, May 30, was supposed to be the start of the jury trial, but court documents show an essential witness for the prosecution was unavailable.
The court granted the defense's motion to dismiss the case.
