Strong winds late Wednesday night and Thursday morning was too much for a tree on Milwaukee's north side.
Around 11:00pm Wednesday, a large tree near Roosevelt and Norwood came crashing down. It totaled a garage and snapped the power lines.
Fortunately no one was injured, but there were some valuables in the garage.
WE Energies has been working to restore power across the viewing area. At one point, more than 15,000 customers were left in the dark.
