Thumbs Up or Thumbs-Down? Netflix is Changing Their Rating System

Netflix is ditching its five-star rating system in favor of a simple thumbs up or thumbs down.

Netflix says it tested the new system and there were 200% more ratings.

It hopes the new system will get viewers to consider if they really enjoyed a program as opposed to rating a show or movie on what they think other viewers would like. 

The change is anticipated to happen worldwide in April.
