Terron Clayborn was ordered to jail on $25,000 cash bond. He had been on the run since the February 8 crash that killed Bryan Rodriguez who was filling potholes.
Police arrested Clayborn Wednesday morning at a home on Beckett Avenue.
Late last week, Clayborn was charged with hit-and-run involving death and operating while suspended. His next court appearance I scheduled for Thursday, February 28.
