MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A Milwaukee teenager charged in a crash that killed an Uber passenger made his first court appearance on Wednesday.

A $10,000 bond was set for Jesus Cardenas-Torres. The 16-year-old is accused of running a stop sign and T-boning an Uber car a week ago near 20th and Orchard.

The passenger in the Uber, Christian Marlyn Hernandez, was killed.

Police say Cardenas-Torres did not have a driver's license.

He'll be back in court next week.
