Sylville Smith family reacts to not guilty verdict for Dominique Heaggan-Brown

The family attorney for Sylville Smith and representatives of the Smith family held a conference after the not guilty verdict was read. In that press conference the family was very emotional and attorney Owens said the Smith family filed a lawsuit against the City of Milwaukee and former police officer Heaggan-Brown.

The family said the verdict was "shocking." The family attorney also said the body cam video "offends human dignity."
