MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Two Milwaukee men charged in the shooting death of 13-year-old Sandra Parks made their first court appearance on Monday.
According to a criminal complaint, Isaac Barnes fired the gun that killed Parks.
He's also accused of trying to intimidate a witness.
An attorney says Barnes used a jail phone to call the witness or arrange three-way calls with the witness.
On Monday, a court commissioner restricted Barnes' phone use.Â
Untrell Oden is also charged. He's accused of helping Barnes hide the gun used in the shooting.
Parks was hit by a stray bullet in her home near 13th and Hadley last month.
