Surveillance video shows Dwayne Chaney escaping from Milwaukee County Courthouse

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- CBS 58 has obtained surveillance video from the Milwaukee County Courthouse the day Dwayne Chaney escaped. The video shows Chaney dressed in a sweater vest and button down shirt walking the halls inside the courthouse on October 19. 

Prosecutors say he was with a friend and his girlfriend Zuri London. Chaney then goes into the bathroom and after walking out heads straight for the elevator.

Minutes later Chaney shows up outside, dressed in a white t-shirt and walks up to a white vehicle. Prosecutors say Chaney's mother was behind the wheel. 

Chaney was arrested days later after he was found hiding in a garbage can on Milwaukee's northwest side. His mother and girlfriend all face charges in the escape.
