Scattered showers and storms became the norm over the weekend with some communities seeing some good rain and downpours. Through both Saturday and Sunday some areas in southwest Wisconsin got almost 2" of rain. Others didn't see as much with only a few tenths. Racine picked up more rain Saturday and Sunday then they did for all of September so it was some very beneficial rain.
Starting a new work week temperatures will cool down a bit from the 70s and 80s over the weekend. Highs through much of the week stay pretty steady around 70*. Lows will stay in the 50s inland to around 60 lakeside.
This past weekend saw the humidity increase as well with dew points rising into the 60s. Humidity will stay elevated through most of this week with peak dew points in the low to middle 60s. Expect the humidity to stick around through the weekend.
