State's disconnection moratorium expires

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Wisconsin's residential disconnection moratorium expired Friday, April 15. We Energies is now encouraging customers, who are behind on their energy bills, to reach out for help to avoid having the power cut.

We Energies says less than 1% of customers are at risk for disconnection. The utility company also says if you establish a payment plan, you won't be a risk. Find more assistance HERE.
