St. Francis Police: Ex-girlfriend breaks into house and wreaks havoc

ST. FRANCIS, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Around 9:20 p.m. Wednesday, February 27, St. Francis Police were called to Van Norman Avenue after a man reported that his ex-girlfriend broke into his home and started trashing the place.

When police arrived they saw a 35-year-old woman screaming and throwing items off the front porch. Police learned the woman smashed the front door window and then went inside the house. The man was able to escape through the back door.

The woman is accused of destroying multiple items inside the house before police arrived and was arrested for disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property.
