KENOSHA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The owner of the Estrellitas Brillantes daycare tells CBS 58 she called 911 around 9:40 a.m.
The owner says children were briefly evacuated from the building. After fire crews cleared the daycare, the children went back inside.
Parents were not called during the incident.

KENOSHA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- According to Kenosha Police, the fire started from a plastic toy that was set on a baseboard heater. The plastic melted and started to smoke, but there was no fire.
Kenosha Fire Department ventilated the building.
No children were harmed during the incident.

KENOSHA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Children at a daycare in Kenosha got a little scare Thursday morning with a small fire. Kenosha Police tell CBS 58 that smoke was coming from the windows.
The fire was initially reported around 9:45 a.m.
Kenosha Fire tell CBS 58 that it was a small electrical fire which was contained to the area of origin with minimal damage.
CBS 58 has a crew on the way to the scene.
