Pewaukee (CBS 58)--One exercise program spares you from specifically working out at the gym. Instead GYMGUYZ comes to you wherever you are. This is considered a mobile fitness concept. A free assessment is first done by a certified trainer. Former Badger and NFL player Nick Hayden co-owns one of the local franchises. He says if you decide to do this, get ready for some high intensity training.
