Sheriff's Looking for AWOL Inmate from Dane County Jail

An inmate from the Dane County Jail has been declared AWOL. Dane County Sheriff’s deputies are looking for Corey N. Barksdale, 26-years-old from Delavan, WI.
Barksdale left the Public Safety Building at about 8:00 AM Friday, July 1 for a scheduled appointment and failed to return to the jail at 12:50 PM. The Sheriff’s Office received information he may have been seen near the UW Health Urgent Care Clinic near East Towne Mall around noon Friday.
Barksdale is currently serving a 7-month, Huber sentence for Armed Robbery.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Corey N. Barksdale is asked to call 911.
