Shake Shack to open in Milwaukee's Historic Third Ward December 6
MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Shake Shack is coming to Wisconsin and has announced it will open its first location in Milwaukee's Historic Third Ward.
The store is part of a new development building on the northeast corner of Buffalo Street and Water Street and will open on Wednesday, December 6 at 11:00 a.m. The restaurant chain says the first 50 people in line on opening day will receive a free ShackBurger.
Shake Shack says in addition to Shack classics, the new location will serve up a selection of local brews and menu items with ingredients from area businesses.
The Third Ward Shack will also donate 5% of sales from its Pie Oh My concrete to local nonprofit, Groundwork Milwaukee.
