Sex Offender to be Released in Sheboygan

Timothy D. Johnnies will be paroled when he reaches his maximum release date the week of May 24, after serving his sentence for theft from a person/corpse and sex registry violation.

Johnnies will be residing at 930A Michigan Avenue in Sheboygan and will be under 24-hour electronic monitoring. He will be supervised by probation agents. He will continue to participate in long-term programming while on parole. 

In addition to the intensive supervision rules, Johnnies will be subject to additional specific rules including no contact with any of his victims, he may not be anywhere children congregate, and he may not reside in the same residence with any minor children. 

Timothy D. Johnnies is registered with the Sex Offender Registry and will be escorted upon his release from confinement, directly to the Sheboygan Police Department where a face-to-face registration with law enforcement will take place. If Johnnies violates any of these rules or conditions of his parole, he will be taken into custody and placed in confinement, pending review of possible revocation proceedings. 

Johnnies is described as a 37-year-old black man 5'6" tall, 144 pounds with black hair, brown eyes and a pierced left ear.

Witnessed violations should be reported to the Sheboygan Police Department.
