Several Downtown Streets in Milwaukee will be Closed for Re-pavement

Several downtown streets will be closed on Tuesday and Wednesday due to repaving projects.

 According to Milwaukee Department of Public Works, North 4th Street, West Wisconsin to West Clybourn avenues will be closed on Tuesday.

 The street will close at approximately 6:00 a.m. on Tuesday and should open to traffic by the evening commute.

The intersections at West Michigan Street and West Clybourn Avenue will remain open during the project.

On Wednesday, North Jefferson Street and East St. Paul Avenue to East Erie Street will be closed. The street will close at approximately 6:00 a.m. on Wednesday and should open to traffic by the evening commute.
