Rozewicz Appears in Court for Doctor's Report

The Hales Corners man accused of suffocating and stabbing his mother before throwing her body in the trash was back in court this morning.
Robert Rozewicz is charged with 1st degree intentional homicide.
Earlier this month the defense claimed Rosewicz was not fit to stand trial.
He was ordered to be evaluated by a doctor.
The doctor's report was given to the court and filed.
His next hearing is scheduled for Monday.
