After a few good soaking rains over the weekend we are sitting pretty on rainfall for July and the summer months. So far this July we've picked up almost 5" of rain which is almost 2" above-average. For the summer months since June 1st we are almost an inch above-average and for the year we are almost exactly at average.
We had a few sprinkles Tuesday morning but nothing that really accumulated. Our next chance for rain will be after midnight Tuesday night going into Wednesday morning with a few downpours and rumbles of thunder possible.
We can't rule out a little rain Wednesday afternoon but better chances look to happen going into Thursday morning. No good rains the next 72 hours but a few downpours will be possible for some of you.
Download the CBS 58 Ready Weather app to track any of the rain.
