MILWAUKEE, Wis.— There is a new team in town hoping to generate a new age of hockey in Milwaukee.
The Milwaukee Power held their first formal press conference as an organization Monday at the Wilson Ice Arena in Milwaukee. The junior league team was relocated from Decatur, Alabama to Milwaukee, Wisconsin in April.
The Power named Milwaukee hockey great and former Admirals player, Fred Berry as head coach and general manager May 11.
