What to expect, and when drivers may start to see some relief...
PORT WASHINGTON, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Port Festival of the Arts has become a favorite for families over the years. It is filled with art: from performances to kids' art stations, baked creations and shopping.
It's the perfect opportunity to stop into places like Mercantile Plaza ,where artwork is always the focus. There will also be tents and vendors lining the streets with the marina and Lake Michigan as a backdrop.
From 11 to 11:45 a.m. Tamarind, a local tribal belly dance group, will perform on stage at Inventors Brew Pub.
And an attempt at participating in the Guiness Book of World Records attempt at "plank-pour-pass" will take place in front of Inventors Brew Pub around 1:15 p.m.; anyone 21 is encouraged to join in on that attempt.
The event runs 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, May 31.
