Police search for man in connection with fatal shooting

Milwaukee police are investigating a fatal shooting at an apartment building near 77th and Bender Road. Police were called to the scene around 1:40 a.m. Friday. Investigators say a 33-year-old woman was shot and killed during a domestic dispute. Her two children, ages 11 and 16, were found inside and unharmed when police arrived.

Police believe 42-year-old Anthony Bradley of Milwaukee is responsible for this homicide. Police say Bradley has dozens of arrests on his record, and is a convicted felon. Bradley is currently out on probation for a drug offense with convictions dating back to 1990.

Police say Bradley should be considered armed and dangerous. Anyone with information about his whereabouts should call 911 and not confront him.

Neighbors in the area say one of the young girls ran outside early this morning screaming for help.  Once they got outside the police were there.

\"The girls. The little girls. To lose your mother in front of you. It's getting real rough out here,\" neighbor Quinetta Carter said.  \"I don't know what would make somebody pick up a gun and shoot somebody in front of their kids when their kids are saying no stop don't do it.\"
