Police called to apartment complex after 62-year-old man asks woman for lap dance

MILWAUKEE COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The St. Francis Police Department was called out to an apartment for a report of a man who was making unwanted sexual advances.

It happened around 1:26 p.m. on Monday in an apartment building near St. Francis Avenue and Kinnickinnic Avenue.

The female caller told police that man in her building had been making sexual advances and asked her for a lap dance a few days ago. She asked police to tell the man that she has no desire to have any sort of relationship with him.

The caller told police that the man is usually intoxicated when he makes these advances.

Management was made aware of the incident and told police that they will be giving him a 5-day notice due to this incident and past incidents.

Officers attempted to make contact with the 62-year-old man at his apartment but he was not home.

The investigation remains ongoing.
