Police: Argument leads to shooting near 32nd and Auer; suspect arrested

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee police are investigating a shooting that left a man seriously injured Monday morning, Aug. 16.

Officials say it happened just before 6 a.m. near 32nd and Auer. 

The victim, a 58-year-old Milwaukee man, sustained life-threatening injuries and was taken to a local hospital for treatment. He is said to be in stable condition.

The suspect, a 60-year-old Milwaukee man, was arrested and will be charged in the upcoming days. 

Police say the shooting is the result of an argument.
