Milwaukee Police: One person killed, one injured during double shooting believed to be robbery-related

Update: The Milwaukee Police Department has now confirmed that one man has died during a shooting Wednesday morning.

According to police, they responded to the 5600 block of N. 94th Street for a double shooting shortly after 9 a.m.

Two men were shot by suspects in what police believe is a robbery-related shooting.

One man, identified as 19-year-old Ramsey Wheeler, died at a local hospital from his injuries. 

The other victim, a 21-year-old Milwaukee man, is being treated for his injuries.

MPD is currently searching for a known suspect.
