SHEBOYGAN, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A police officer was justified in shooting and killing a man last month, according to the Sheboygan County District Attorney.
The state justice department released body camera video from the altercation.
Sheboygan police say their officer ordered Kevan Ruffin Jr. to drop the two knives he was holding.
Video shows him charge the officer before he's hit with a Taser.
When that failed, the officer shot and killed him.
Ruffin's family says he suffered from schizophrenia.
