BROOKFIELD, Wis. (CBS 58) -- No charges will be filed in the death of a 95-year-old woman at a Waukesha County nursing home.
The death happened at Silverado Memory Care in Brookfield last month.
The woman died days after she was pushed from her wheelchair by another resident.
According to court documents, the resident who pushed the woman has dementia and workers at the facility did not see it happen.
